Claim offer terms

Approved 17 October 2026. Amount and credit form updated 18 October 2026; first top-up condition added 20 October 2026; both changes approved 21 October 2026. Applies to restaurants in Morocco.

What the offer is

When you claim your restaurant on LastTable (or add it yourself) and LastTable has approved your claim after verification, your first top-up unlocks a welcome credit of 900 MAD as 900 credits that never expire. Credits pay LastTable's acquisition charge for genuinely new diners: 15 credits per verified new diner through the LastTable marketplace, or 20 credits when the AI Growth Manager brings them. Returning diners, your existing customers, direct bookings, cancellations and verified no-shows are always free.

Changed 20 October 2026: the welcome credit now comes with your first top-up.

When you get it: your first top-up

  • Nothing is granted when you sign up or when your claim is approved. Your restaurant receives the welcome credit when it makes its first paid purchase on LastTable: any credit pack (in the LastTable Business app or on the web) or the first paid month of a plan.
  • If your claim or sign-up is approved after that first purchase, the welcome credit is added when it is approved.
  • A purchase paid in full with a discount code (nothing paid) does not count.
  • If that first purchase is refunded in full or charged back, we take back what is left of the welcome credit; credits already used stay used. The offer is not given again.
  • Restaurants that received the offer before 20 October 2026 keep them; nothing more is added.

Who qualifies

  • Owners and managers of a restaurant whose claim (or sign-up) LastTable has approved after verification.
  • A claim for an unclaimed listing is approved automatically when one strong independent check passes: a code sent to the email address on record or to an address at the restaurant's official website domain, or a code or call answered at the restaurant's independently listed phone number. Otherwise a LastTable reviewer decides.
  • Taking over a listing that someone already manages (a transfer) is always reviewed by LastTable, and the current owner has 7 days to object.
  • We never ask for copies of your ID, bank statements, selfies or home bills.
  • We may refuse or withdraw the offer if a claim or verification turns out not to be genuine.

One per restaurant

Each restaurant gets the offer once: once per venue and once per listing. It is not given again after a change of owner, a transfer or a dispute about who runs the restaurant.

What it covers

  • The credits work like credits you buy: they never expire and pay acquisition charges and other credit actions in LastTable Business.
  • They are not subscription fees for LastTable Business and cannot pay a subscription.

Offers granted before your restaurant moved to credits

  • Until your restaurant moves to credits, an earlier offer keeps its terms: it reduces first-visit fees on your monthly invoices before VAT, so VAT is only charged on what is left, oldest fee first, for 12 months from going live.
  • When your restaurant moves to credits, any unused balance becomes credits that never expire, at about 1.00 MAD a credit.

Disputes and refunds

  • If someone disputes your claim within 14 days, the credits are paused until we have looked into it.
  • If a charge paid with these credits is later reversed, the credits go back to your balance.

What it is not

The credit is not cash. It cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or paid out, and it cannot be combined into a payment to you.

Changes

We may change or end the offer for new claims with notice on this page. Credit already granted is honoured on the terms that applied when it was granted: restaurants that received the offer before 18 October 2026 keep the amount they were given, and restaurants that received it before 20 October 2026 keep it without a top-up.
